Weaver & Martin, LLC is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Our firm was founded May 1, 1987 with a mission to provide personalized service. We keep current with our clients so we know what is going on in the day to day business operations so we can advise on strategies that will assist management in efficiently operating their business. We work with people who are just getting started and have an idea but have never had any revenue to companies that have been in business over 100 years.

We are one of the largest non-national CPA firms that performs audits of smaller capitalization registered companies. We have assisted companies going public for over 20 years. Anyone considering selling shares in the public sector should contact us because we can save you time and money. We currently work with registered companies in industries such as aviation, technology, casino gaming, manufacturing and oil and gas energy exploration. Our clients are located throughout the United States and in Ireland, Mexico, Canada and Australia.
